Rule 23
Maintenance and Maintenance of Aircraft
:
(1) Except in the case where regular maintenance and maintenance of the aircraft is required according to Rule 22, if the Director General deems it necessary to carry out emergency maintenance and maintenance of an aircraft or to replace any of its parts from the point of view of safety, he may issue necessary orders to the owner of the relevant aircraft, the air service operating organization or the relevant maintenance and maintenance engineer. .
(2) In accordance with the order given under sub-rule (1), such aircraft should not be flown without repairing and maintaining the aircraft or without replacing the parts.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the manner of maintenance and maintenance of the aircraft shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
